Orders open each Monday morning at 8:00am (sometimes orders are open earlier). Online ordering ONLY available for Saturday bakery pre-order. PRE-ORDERS CLOSE AT noon EACH THURSDAY.
Pick up available every Saturday 10:00am - 1:00pm. Pick up is held at our Brookfield kitchen (655 N Brookfield Rd.).
**NEW** Upon arrival at our kitchen, please take the south driveway to our back parking lot and call us (414-465-9176). We will bring your order to your vehicle. Please do not exit your vehicle. Customers will not be allowed in our kitchen. Curbside pick up and day-of ordering only.
Extra pies and goodies will be available on Saturdays (first come first served) 10:00am - 1:00pm (or sold out). Please call for availability.

Take n Bake Savory Hand Pies
NEW(ish): Butternut Squash - butternut squash roasted with sage and tossed with the tastiest combo of creamy chevre, tart cranberries, and toasty walnuts. This winter favorite is wrapped up in a flaky ALL-BUTTER crust. That's right - he's vegetarian!
FULLY FROZEN - includes 2 hand pies (same flavor). *No mixing and matching available at this time.
Comes with baking instructions at pick up.
Preheat oven to 400F. Position oven rack to the middle of the oven. If desired, brush pies with egg wash (1 egg yolk and 1 1/2 tbsp water). Place pies on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
NEW: Carrot Curry - This little guy is packed with flavor in an ALL-BUTTER flaky shell. That's right - he's vegetarian! Basmati rice is topped with our popular coconut milk based curry filled with carrots, caramelized onions, and golden raisins.

Fully baked quiche comes refrigerated with reheating instructions. 9" quiche serves 6-8. 6" quiche serves 2-3. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
